Wireless Sensor Networks Internship
UtopiaCompression Corporation is seeking qualified interns to participate in exciting research projects in the area of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs).
Successful candidates should have demonstrable research and development experience in the area of WSNs, strong programming and problem solving skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, currently enrolled in a MS/PhD CS/EE program in a reputable school.
- C/C++ and Java Programming Experience.
- Experience working with Mica Motes and/or Sun Spots or other wireless sensor environments.
- Experience and thorough understanding of TinyOS and/or Squawk VM.
- Familiarity with Matlab and/or TOSSIM or similar simulation tools.
Desired Skills
- Experience and/or familiarity with .NET framework and C#.
- Familiarity with Web services.
- Network security and/or machine learning background.
